Here's How It Works

  1. Shop Service Products

    Step 1 - Shop Service Products

    A service product is a fixed scope at a price its expert has already published, so the number is settled before the conversation starts.

  2. Buy Now or Add to Cart

    Step 2 - Buy Now or Add to Cart

    You buy at the published price, with no bidding. For anything custom, Request an Estimate instead.

  3. Order Placed

    Step 3 - Order Placed

    Place Order makes one work order per provider — the one agreement every pathway on Panameer converges on, however the price was reached.

  4. Approve Payment Request

    Step 4 - Approve Payment Request

    Delivered work is claimed against that order, and nothing is invoiced until you approve the claim.

  5. Pay Panameer

    Step 5 - Pay Panameer

    One approved claim becomes one invoice from Panameer — the same settlement the bid pathway ends on, because there is only one.
